1. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. Prices are per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. We are not responsible for guests who are late. Guests must follow the instructions of the tour guide for their own safety and the enjoyment of others. Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the tour without a refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

novisad.day is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss sustained by participants. We act only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide services on our tours.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Novi Sad.
